Christina Guertin: Vice Chair

I am a 15-year resident and small business owner in Parker. I am incredibly proud to call this town my home! Being an Independent Broker/Realtor and owner of Guertin Homes, it was essential for me to find a way to stay connected to other business professionals and also give back to the community that has given me so much over the years. Since becoming a member-my volunteer opportunities include the Hometown Christmas Parade, Adopt-a-Street Clean Ups, and Trunk or Treat just to name a few. I am honored to fill the role of Vice Chair which allows me to use my organizational skills to support the DBA so we are able to continue making Downtown Parker exceptional!

Shelli Mango: Member at Large

“Since 2014, Shelli has been a commercial property manager, managing one of Downtown Parker’s largest mixed-use commercial buildings and another building across Mainstreet, which includes office and retail tenants. Shelli is the former President of the Downtown Business Alliance, a 501 C 6 organization in Parker, currently serves on the Board and heads the marketing committee. This group comprises over 60 independent business owners that meet monthly and focuses on stimulating and improving the DBA’s members exposure, marketing and overall business. Since managing the buildings in Downtown Parker, Shelli owned her own fundraising company working with restaurants and retailers and learned how important marketing is to make a retail area vibrant. She has taken that experience and applied it to her involvement in the Downtown Business Alliance. Shelli’s experience in commercial property management with retail/office tenants steered her into entering her new career in Commercial Real Estate in 2019. She hangs her license with a boutique firm Madison Commercial Properties and absolutely loves the connection property management and commercial real estate offers her.”

"I have been an agency owner with American Family Insurance for nearly 12 years and has had his office in Parker’s Downtown District since November of 2022. With nearly 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have the knowledge and expertise to guide you through the insurance experience, from choosing the right type of coverage for your need to navigating through the claims process.
I grew up as an Air Force brat and moved around several times in his childhood, but claims Lubbock, TX as “home”, when asked, where he played Linebacker on his middle school and Highschool football teams and ran short and long distance events in Track & Field. I give credit to this experience for giving me the work ethic and competitive nature it takes to run a successful business.
When I’m not at working or at a networking event in the area, you can find me hanging out with my new bride, Lauren (we got married in September of 2023) or with my two kids, Nolan and Brenna. I love to watch sports, especially football, and am a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers! I also enjoy long walks on the Cherry Creek Trail with our two dogs, Dash and Lexi! I also sing Bass in the Parker Chorale and you can find me on most Wednesday nights at Tailgate Tavern on karaoke night!
My kids and I have lived in Parker since 2010 and have been involved in many local activities over the years from school functions, local sports clubs to events held by the town. I have enjoyed watching Parker grow and am excited to be a part of its growth moving forward as a member of the DBA Board."
